Welcome to Sawmill Creek Rustic Mountain Farm, located on 45 beautiful acres in the mountains of Chickaloon, Alaska (just a short drive north of Palmer.) We offer wholesome, naturally grown food. We grow a variety of fresh, organic, non-GMO produce and delicious poultry and meats. We raise heritage breed laying hens, turkeys, geese, ducks, sheep, pigs, and cattle, as well as broiler (meat) chickens. We also offer high quality breed-stock and live animals. In addition, we own and operate two sawmills, as well as sell full cords of seasoned, split firewood that will be sure to keep your home warm and cozy, even through the coldest Alaskan winter. 

 

We believe no road trip should go without snacks, no matter how short it is. So, we give customers the option to order goodies from our bakery online. Come pick up everything needed to prepare delicious dinners - eggs, milk, bread, meat, and produce. While you do, be sure to stop and take a few epic pictures along the way! The Glenn Highway was not named the National Scenic Byway for nothing, it was carved out by glaciers, after all! So, put on some music, open that crinkly brown bakery bag, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and feel the cares of the world fall off of your shoulders. Life is just better out here where the raging river winds through the wooded wilderness.
